Neato

Overview

Neato is an Inc. 5000 full-service e-commerce accelerator and creative studio producing performance-driven brand work for client storefronts on Amazon, Walmart, and beyond. As Senior Visual Designer since 2025, I've shaped how the studio creates — building the systems and workflows while driving client creative that performs.

Outcomes

  • Performance-driven e-commerce creative across Amazon and Walmart client storefronts — A+ content, brand stories, storefronts, AMIs, and beyond, built to convert.
  • Client brand design systems built from scratch — enabling consistent, scalable creative production across every brand portfolio and eliminating redundant production cycles.
  • Integrated generative AI into every design workflow — raising output speed and efficiency without compromising craft.
  • Fully functional Figma prototypes built for client engagement — presenting creative in full context and dramatically reducing revision rounds.
  • Neato's social media content frameworks built from scratch—with an enterprise-first look-and-feel designed to speak directly to founders and CEOs.

Optimizing Creative Output

As Senior Designer for Neato, I built the infrastructure the design team runs on — establishing client brand design systems where none existed before, streamlining production workflows for speed and consistency, and creating fully functional Amazon A+ Figma prototypes that present work in full context and eliminate redundant feedback rounds. I also leveraged generative AI to dramatically accelerate creative production across the studio.

Additionally, I design sensitive RFP materials that secure new business, conduct studio-wide Figma training and junior designer mentoring.

The result: faster workflows, more consistent output, and RFP materials that close

Performance Creative

At Neato I produce high-impact brand content across Amazon and Walmart storefronts — running data-driven audits to find performance gaps and building design systems for every brand to maximize productivity and consistency. I also designed competitive RFP documents that have directly secured new client business for the agency.

Social Media

As Neato's acting social media manager, I built the studio's presence from zero — establishing the internal processes, content frameworks, and visual identity for the channel to run on. The strategy was deliberately enterprise-first: content designed to speak directly to founders and CEOs, not just designers. In just a few months, we grew from 0 to 3,000 followers.
